Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on hygiene and item condition.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, wrong size, or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize!

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package via WhatsApp or email at csbboxers@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item.
We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, covering all associated shipping costs.
