Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Hygiene Protection: Due to strict health and hygiene standards for intimate apparel, boxers and underwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original sealed packaging with all tags attached. Opened or tried-on undergarments cannot be returned or refunded.
• Items purchased during clearance, flash sales, or promotional bundles are final sale and non-refundable.
